What we can help with
- Something is broken. A download failing, a profile not loading, a video stuck at the wrong quality. Send the exact link you used and tell us your browser and device — that alone usually solves it.
- Feature requests. Tell us what you were trying to do and where the tool got in your way.

Before you email — quick fixes
These solve most of what reaches our inbox:
- “It says the post can't be found.” The account is probably private or protected, or the post was deleted. We can only read public content — there is no setting that changes this.
- “The download button does nothing.” Check for a content blocker or strict tracking protection; those sometimes block the media request to X's servers. Try a different browser to confirm.
- “My saved favourites vanished.” If you were signed out, they live only in that browser, so clearing site data or switching device loses them. Sign in and they sync across devices instead.
- “Is it really free?” Yes. The Site is supported by advertising, not by charging you.
