To help us diagnose issues faster, please include: the Twitter (X) post link you are trying to download, your device and browser (for example, iPhone 15 Safari or Windows Chrome 122), a short description of what happened, and any error message shown on screen. Screenshots are welcome and speed things up considerably.

Because we do not require accounts, we hold very little identifiable information — please describe your request in as much detail as possible so we can locate any relevant records.
