To help us diagnose issues faster, please include: the Twitter (X) post link you are trying to download, your device and browser (for example, iPhone 15 Safari or Windows Chrome 122), a short description of what happened, and any error message shown on screen. Screenshots are welcome and speed things up considerably.

Privacy and data requests

For questions about our Privacy Policy, requests to access or delete any data we may hold, or other privacy-related enquiries under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations, email privacy@x-downloader.com. Because we do not require accounts, we hold very little identifiable information — please describe your request in as much detail as possible so we can locate any relevant records.

For legal questions, DMCA takedown notices, or copyright concerns, contact legal@x-downloader.com. Please include the specific content in question, evidence of ownership or authority to act on the owner's behalf, and a signed statement in accordance with applicable takedown procedures.

Note that ads on Tweet Viewer are primarily served via Google AdSense and other verified networks; for questions about a specific ad you saw, please refer to the ad's own controls and links.

We aim to respond to all messages within 1–2 business days. Legal and privacy requests are prioritized and typically answered within 3 business days. Because Tweet Viewer is a free tool run by a small team, complex enquiries may take longer — thank you for your patience.
