1. About the service

Tweet Viewer is a free, browser-based tool that helps users save publicly available media from Twitter (X) posts for personal, offline use. The service is provided at no charge, without any account requirement, and processes media directly in the user's browser. Tweet Viewer is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by X Corp., Twitter, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tweet Viewer. If you are under 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Tweet Viewer only for lawful purposes and only to download content you have the legal right to save. You must NOT use the service to: (a) infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right; (b) download private, protected, or otherwise non-public content; (c) collect content in a manner that violates the X Terms of Service or applicable law; (d) upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service's operation; or (e) resell, republish, or redistribute downloaded content without the rights holder's explicit permission.

4. Copyright and intellectual property

All videos, images, audio, and text downloaded through the service remain the intellectual property of their original creators and rights holders. Tweet Viewer claims no ownership of any user-downloaded content. If you believe your copyrighted work has been referenced in a manner that constitutes infringement, please contact us at legal@x-downloader.com with a valid DMCA takedown notice and we will respond promptly.

5. No warranty

Tweet Viewer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific post can always be downloaded, as availability depends on X's platform and public APIs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tweet Viewer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the service or any content downloaded through it. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

7. Advertising

Tweet Viewer is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third-party networks and their content is outside our editorial control. Clicking on ads may take you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of advertisers or the websites they link to.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tweet Viewer, its operators, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international principles of law applicable to online services. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Tweet Viewer will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction of the operator's principal place of business.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Tweet Viewer after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using the service.
